The bulk of this proposal isn't what the butler resembles from Sunxuemei's blog

On this RuneScape gold thought I must admit I cannot think of one part of the update: who what the butler are. I am not certain what will be better looking than a fanatic butler. The only thing I've come up with would be an angelic butler.

The bulk of this proposal isn't what the butler resembles, but its own functions. Even the butler can do almost anything you could possibly want inside your house: make meals, serve some hot tea, or just greet guests. But the butlers appear to be sorely lacking in their own banking skills. The butlers seem to be only able to withdraw construction items from the lender. Even further, the butlers appear to be able to only bring certain construction items in the bank; things such as rope or runes cannot be brought. Butlers are able to bring any item you're holding to the lender, so should not the reverse be true too?

I know the ability to bring some item to your home could be over powered. An individual could discover many ways to exploit a bank that could be at any house portal site in runescape. This is why I suggest a new butler. Following suit from the previous butlers, this butler would need an additional ten contraction levels from the requirement of the last butler. This implies level 60 construction would be required.

Only this butler could have this ability, not one of the others could. The butler would be able to carry 28 objects, and travel at precisely the exact same speed as the demon butler. Stackable items would not pile; you would be able to take just 28 runes, not 28 types of runes (I'm aware there are not 28 kinds of runes, this can be an example). Last, the butler would charge a commission for the conduct of 5000 gold, no matter whether you just paid his / her / its own fee. These three together would produce the bank withdrawal system have limited buy RS gold use but still be able to be used. Not all three would need to be implemented, but they all could still work as limiting factors.
